Bolete thought that we had an exciting first year as far as press was concerned, and in our second year it just kept coming! We had our local and national television debut, and our first "big city" critic come to the restaurant to write about us not once, but twice.

First the 10! show in Philadelphia called us to see if we were interested in being on their morning show (of course!) and Lee was off to his television debut making up oyster po boys with our beloved Duxbury oysters.

Just when we thought our 3 minutes of fame was as good as it could get, the Food Network called to let us know we had been selected by Aaron McCargo to be on their new series "The Best Thing I Ever Ate — Envy episode"—try keeping your cool when the Food Network calls. After 8 hours of filming, well over 20 bowls of cauliflower soup poured and filmed and a mispronunciation of our name, we were on our way to our national television debut. I guess we can forgive anyone that gets that excited about our soup.

On to the nerve-racking phone call that let's you know that the Philadelphia Inquirer food critic Craig Laban has dined in your restaurant. Yikes—he linked us in an article about the casino that highlighted the farmers and called us "the best restaurant in town"—but it was still not a review. Then we got that call and it was a two week of stomach aches and sleepless nights. Three Bells!

Wow, we had quite a year. All through the support of our wonderful guests and hard work of an amazing staff—I wonder what year three will bring...
